Transparent disclosure of all user-provided and runtime data typesEasyTay collects only the essential information required to operate a local classifieds marketplace where users can post listings, browse items by country and city, and communicate with buyers or sellers. We never sell, rent, or monetize personal user data with third-party data brokers or ad networks.

2. Android Permissions & Zero-Permission Photo Picker

EasyTay does not request broad storage permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or READ_MEDIA_IMAGES). We use the official Android Photo Picker so we only access the specific product photos you explicitly select.
Foreground-Only Location
Requested only after showing a Prominent In-App Disclosure Dialog. Location is used strictly while the app is open to discover nearby ads. Background location is never requested or tracked.
Push Notifications
Optional runtime permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS on Android 13+) used solely to alert you about buyer messages, ad approval status, and local marketplace activity.
3. Multi-Country Marketplace Isolation & Listing Controls
How listings are stored per account and separated by countryEvery advertisement published on EasyTay is linked to both the author's unique user account and the country code where the advertisement was created. If you switch countries in Account Settings, existing advertisements remain strictly isolated within the country where they were originally posted and never cross-contaminate other country feeds.
From Profile → My Listings, authors have full real-time lifecycle control to Edit, Hide / Unhide from public feeds, Mark as Sold, or Permanently Delete any advertisement at any time.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Safety & Moderation
Mandatory safeguards for classified listings and community chatTo maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace in accordance with Google Play's User-Generated Content Policy:
Prohibited Content
Illegal goods, weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit items, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, and deceptive scams are strictly forbidden.
In-App Reporting
Every product listing and seller profile features a dedicated Report button allowing users to flag objectionable listings or abusive users directly to moderators.
24-Hour Enforcement
Reported listings and accounts are reviewed by administrators within 24 hours. Violating content is immediately removed and offending accounts are permanently suspended.
5. Account & Personal Data Deletion Portal
In-App Instant Deletion & Web Deletion Request (Google Play Data Safety Compliant)You have the absolute right to permanently delete your EasyTay account and all associated personal data (profile credentials, published advertisements, uploaded photos, and chat messages).
Instant In-App Deletion
Open EasyTay → go to Profile → Account Settings → tap Delete Account. Your account and listings are wiped immediately.
Web Deletion Form Below
If you uninstalled the app, submit your registered email or phone number below to request permanent account or data removal without reinstalling.
Complete Data Purge
Upon deletion, all personal profile data, photos, listings, and messages are permanently erased from active databases within 48 hours.
6. Children's Privacy (18+) & Official Contact
Age restrictions, policy updates, and direct support channelChildren's Privacy: EasyTay is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we immediately delete such information and terminate the associated account.
